Mining Project Support Services

4. Annual Work Plan (AWP) Development

We prepare compliant and strategically phased Annual Work Plans for all stages of mining operations in accordance with Nigerian mining regulations. This includes proposed exploration/mining activities, manpower planning, budget forecasts, and expected outputs.

5. Progress & Technical Reporting

We compile comprehensive Progress Reports with detailed technical documentation, performance metrics, and geotechnical updates—supporting stakeholder engagement and regulatory submissions to the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development (MMSD) and Mining Cadastre Office (MCO).

6. Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) & Baseline Studies

We coordinate and execute EIA studies in collaboration with licensed environmental consultants. Services include:
